THURSDAY (BEACH SET UP) – August 8, 2024

8am – 5pm

(MOST URGENT)

Friday and Saturday – August 9, 10, 2024 

Shift 1     8am – 2pm 

Shift 2     2pm – 8:30pm

SUNDAY – Aug 11, 2024   

Shift 1     8am – 2pm

                         Shift 1     4pm – 10pm   (URGENT)

Annually, the Canada One Foundation runs KitsFest at Kitsilano Beach.

KitsFest hosts numerous, what we consider, “cool”sporting events; Basketball, Recreational & Pro Beach Volleyball, Tennis, Chess, Live Music, Outdoor Movie Theatre, Parking Lots 2000 Picture Slideshows, Family Fun Zone, Art Zones, Sample Zone, Touch Football, Water Polo, and this has now officially become a run-on sentence…. 

We seek Competent & Reliable Volunteers:   

8am – 2pm – Morning

2pm – 7pm – Afternoon

Responsibilities:  Setup (Thursday), Daily Tasks, Teardown (Sunday)

Volunteers are supplied Food & Beverages as well as a KitsFest volunteer T-shirt.
